No purchase or payment of any kind necessary to participate or win.

ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are at least 18 years of age and hold a valid Commercial Driver’s License at the time of entry. Entrant must also be a member of the Speedco Rewards program at the time of entry. NOT OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC. Employees of Speedco, Inc., any of its “Promotional Participants” (i.e., affiliate companies, subsidiaries, agents, advertising agencies, promotional suppliers, Gage Marketing Group, LLC) and each of their immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.

PROMOTION: 2010 is the year that Speedco celebrates serving its 5 Millionth Lube Customer. In honor of this event, Speedco is giving away a 2010 Dodge Ram Pickup 2500 Truck to the 5 Millionth Lube Customer, provided he or she is a member of the Speedco Rewards program. An “Entrant” is defined as a person eligible for this promotion that obtains Speedco Lube service, or enters without making a purchase, by mail. Entrants who purchase Speedco Lube service will be recorded by the date and time that their invoice is entered into the point of sale system which will determine each customer’s lube service number. To enter without making a purchase, hand print your name, address, date of birth and Speedco Rewards program member number on a 3” x 5” card and mail the card in a postage-paid envelope to Speedco, Inc., 703 W. Park St., PO Box 520, Cayuga, IN 47928. Limit one mail-in entry per outer postmarked envelope. Mail-in entries will be entered into Speedco’s point of sale system in the same way an invoice is entered into the system and will be entered on the day the mail-in entry is received. If you are 5 millionth Entrant and a Speedco Rewards program member, you will be declared the potential Grand Prize winner (subject to verification). In the event that the 5 millionth Entrant is not a Speedco Rewards program member, or is ineligible for any other reason, Grand Prize will be awarded to the next Entrant who is eligible, i.e., the 5 millionth and first Entrant. Decisions of the judges are final. Odds of winning depend on the number and order of eligible entries received. Limit twelve (12) entries per person regardless of entry method. Sponsor will post the date that the 5 Millionth Entrant who is a Speedco Rewards program member is identified on www.speedco.com.

PRIZE & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): A 2010 Dodge Ram Pickup 2500 Truck. ARV: $50,000 USD. Prize will be awarded to winner at the Speedco location where the 5 Millionth Lube Customer was identified (or at a Sponsor-specified location if 5 Millionth Lube Customer is identified through the mail in method of entry). Winner must be present at the Speedco location designated by Sponsor on the date specified by Sponsor to be eligible to claim the prize. If winner lives more than 100 miles from the designated Speedco location, Sponsor will provide transportation to the designated Speedco location (method of transportation to be determined by Sponsor), but winner is responsible for return transportation, including any costs associated with transporting vehicle from designated Speedco location to winner’s residence. Sponsor does not make, nor in any manner is responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the vehicle, including but not limited to quality, fitness for purpose or mechanical condition. Winner must have a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance to take delivery of vehicle; failure to present a valid driver’s license or proof of insurance may result in prize forfeiture. Color and options package will be determined by Sponsor. Grand Prize winner will be responsible for all optional equipment, title, license, insurance, destination and registration fees required in claiming the vehicle, applicable taxes as well as all other expenses relating to the receipt and use of vehicle.

GENERAL: Subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. Winner will be issued a Form 1099 (U.S. residents only), for income verification and tax purposes, for the retail value of the prize. Winner is advised to seek independent counsel regarding the tax implications of their respective prize winnings. Prize is not transferable. No prize or cash substitution allowed, except at sole discretion of the Sponsor due to prize unavailability for any reason and then only for a prize of equal or comparable value. All materials submitted become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Potential winner will be required to submit an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability form within fourteen (14) days of notification. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification. In the event that potential winner is disqualified for any reason, prize will be awarded to the next Entrant, i.e., the 5 millionth and first Entrant. If potential winner is Canadian he/she will be required to correctly answer, without the assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a mathematical skill-testing question on Affidavit. By accepting prize, winner agrees to release and hold Speedco, Inc., its Promotional Participants, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, agencies, and the employees, agents, directors or officers of any of the above organizations harmless from any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind incurred in connection with or resulting from acceptance, possession or use/misuse of prize, or participation in this promotion. By accepting prize, winner agrees that Speedco, Inc. and the Promotional Participants may use the winner’s name, address, likeness, and/or prize information, without limitation, for promotional purposes without further consideration or payment, except where prohibited by law. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion, and the acceptance/use of prize. Entrants assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused by participation in this promotion or acceptance/use of prize. Sponsor and the Promotional Participants are not responsible for lost, late, damaged, delayed, postage due, incomplete, illegible entries/mail or entries not received by the entry deadline, or for electronic, network or computer failures or malfunctions, or other technical errors of any kind. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. Entrants acknowledge and agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and the Promotional Participants, and the employees, agents and officers of each from any claims entrants may have relating to such participation. Sponsor and the Promotional Participants are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering, the announcement of any prize, or in the administration of the promotion.
