Job Title: Store Managers

Reports To:: General Manager

Objective: The assistant store manager is responsible in assisting the store General manager in the overall management of store operations. Minimum of six months retail management experience, experience with semi-tractor/trailer oil lubrication requirements, high school graduate, excellent human relations skills, supervisory experience, knowledge of OSHA standards/regulations, experience in handling customer complaints, and experience in interviewing/hiring potential job applicants.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Assist store manager and supervise overall store operations per the store General Manager’s direction.
  • Open cash register.
  • Prepare credit card batch report.
  • Prepare daily report.
  • Prepare monthly work schedule for employees.
  • Review daily shift assignments/activities.
  • Inspect store.
  • Inventory bulk oil/filters.
  • Handle customer service complaints.
  • Prepare weekly time card report.
  • Order bulk products/filters.
  • Interview/hire potential employees.
  • Evaluate employees.
  • Purchase required operating tools, equipment, etc., as required.
  • Review closed circuit videotape as required.
  • Inform Corporate office of any significant incidents/accidents as required.
