Speedco's 5 Millionth Lube Customer Celebration Giveaway Official Rules
No Purchase or Payment of any kind is Necessary to Enter or Win

1. Eligibility: To participate, you must be a licensed working driver, a CDL holder and a legal resident of the 48 Contiguous United States, the District of Columbia or Canada at least 18 years of age as of 3/25/10. NOT OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC. PLEASE NOTE: If you are entering as an authorized representative of a business or company, it is your sole responsibility to review and understand your employer’s policies regarding your eligibility to participate in trade promotions. Speedco, Inc. disclaims any and all liability or responsibility for disputes arising between an employee and their employer related to participation in this promotion and/or acceptance of a prize. Employees of Speedco, Inc., any of its affiliate companies, subsidiaries, agents, advertising agencies, promotional suppliers, Gage Marketing Group, LLC and each of their immediate family members are not eligible to participate or win prizes. Void in Hawaii, Alaska, and where prohibited by law.

2. The Random Draw Sweepstakes:

A)To Enter: Beginning 12:00:01 AM (ET) on 3/25/10 through 11:59:59 PM (ET) on 9/30/10 eligible consumers who join the Speedco Rewards program or update their Speedco Rewards program account information (by adding an email address to their program account or confirming their existing information) will receive one (1) entry into the sweepstakes. The Speedco Rewards program is free to join. Eligible consumers may sign up for the Speedco Reward program or update/verify their account information in person at a participating Speedco location. Limit one (1) entry per person. All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. (ET) by the date indicated in the chart in Rule #2B to be eligible for the corresponding drawing and the Grand Prize Drawing. Entries for the final random drawing must be received by 11:59 p.m. (ET) on 9/30/10.

B) Sweepstakes Random Drawings: One (1) monthly winner will be selected in each random drawing as indicated in the chart below, from among all eligible entries received by the entry deadline for each drawing. Non-winning entries will NOT be carried over into subsequent monthly drawings. All eligible entries received during the promotion period will be eligible for the Grand Prize Random Drawing. One (1) Potential Grand, First, Second and Third Prize winner will be selected in the Grand Prize Random Drawing from among all eligible entries received. Decisions of the judges are final. Potential winners will be notified by mail, email or phone. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received by the entry deadline for each drawing. Limit one (1) random drawing prize per person.

A) Random Draw Sweepstakes Draw & Prizes and Approximate Retail Value (Values stated in USD): (1) Grand Prize – a Lucas Chopper, Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $40,000 USD. Prize will be awarded to winner at the Speedco location where the 5 Millionth Lube Customer was identified (or at a Sponsor-specified Speedco location if 5 Millionth Lube Customer is identified through the mail in method of entry). Winner must be present at the Speedco location designated by Sponsor on the date specified by Sponsor to be eligible to claim the prize. If winner lives more than 100 miles from the designated Speedco location, Sponsor will provide round trip transportation to the designated Speedco location (method of transportation to be determined by Sponsor). Sponsor will ship motorcycle to winner’s home following the presentation. Grand Prize winner must present a valid, applicable driver’s license and proof of insurance to take delivery of motorcycle. Sponsor does not make, nor in any manner is responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the motorcycle, including but not limited to its quality, fitness for purpose or mechanical condition. Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for all optional equipment, title, license, insurance and registration fees required in claiming the motorcycle, applicable taxes, as well as all other expenses relating to the receipt and use of the motorcycle. (1) First Prize - 1 Year of Shell Rotella PMs at Speedco (up to $4,000). ARV: $4,000. (1) Second Prize – a $2,500 Shell Fuel Card. ARV: $2,500. (1) Third Prize – 1 set of Firestone Steer and drive tires up to a max of 10 Firestone tires. ARV: $5,000. MONTHLY PRIZES: April: Dell Studio XPS Laptop. ARV: $2,000. May: XM Sirius Satellite Radio, including a 1-Year subscription and 1 set of Firestone Steer Tires (up to $1,000). ARV: $1,500. June: 1-Year of Speedco PMs (up to $2,500) and 1 set of Firestone Steer Tires (up to $1,000). ARV: $3,500. July: 1 set of Firestone Steer Tires (up to $1,000). ARV: $1,000. August: a $500 Shell Gift Card and 1 set of Firestone Steer Tires (up to $1,000). ARV: $1,500. September: 1 set of Firestone Steer Tires (up to $1,000). ARV: $1,000. Gift Cards are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash and are subject to all terms and conditions of use as established by issuer. Winners will not receive difference between actual and approximate retail value of prize. Prizes consist of only the items specifically listed as the prize.

3. The Instant Win Game: A) How to Play the Instant Win Game: Beginning on 3/25/10 until 9/30/10 Speedco Rewards program members who purchase any Speedco service at participating Speedco locations, will receive an Official Game Card (“Game Card”), while supplies last. Limit one (1) Game Card per person, per store visit. If you are not a Speedco Rewards program member you may sign up for free at participating locations. Gently rub off the scratch-off area on the Game Card to reveal if you have won an instant win prize/offer. If your Game Card reveals one of the messages in Rule #3C, you are eligible to claim/redeem the prize/offer specified (subject to verification). If your Game Card reveals “Thanks for playing, please try again” or any message other than listed in Rules #3C, or is blank, you are not eligible to claim/redeem a prize/offer. To request a Game Card without making a purchase, see rule #3B.

B) No Purchase Necessary: For a copy of the Official Rules and a free Game Card (while supplies last), send a handwritten, self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to: Speedco’s 5 Millionth Lube Customer Celebration Giveaway Free Game Piece Requests, PO Box 27175, Golden Valley, MN 55427. Requests must be received by 10/07/10. VT and Canadian residents may omit return postage. Odds of winning an instant win prize/offer are the same as stated in Rule #3E. Limit one (1) request per stamped envelope. Illegible, incomplete or mechanically reproduced requests are void. Not responsible for lost, late, damaged, delayed, postage due or misdirected mail/requests.

C) How to Claim an Instant Win Prize/Offer: To claim an Instant Win Prize/Offer, present your entire original Game Card (with one of the following messages: “You Win! Speedco Hat”, “You Win! One Tube Retinax 5th Wheel Grease”, “You Win! One Free Oil Analysis”, “You Win! One Free Cabin Air Filter”, “You Win! One Free Allegro Flow Thru”, “You Win! Shell Rotella Hat”, “You Win! Shell Rotella Gloves”, “You Win! 1:64 Die Cast Shell Rotella Truck”, “You Win! Shell Rotella T Spotlight”, You Win! One Free Lucas Slick Mist”, “Buy one Rain X Wiper/Cleaner Get One Free”, “$10 off Rotella T PM”, or “250 Bonus Reward Points with your next purchase”), in person during normal business hours, at a participating Speedco location by 10/21/10. Game Cards are subject to verification upon submission. Limit one (1) prize claim per eligible person, per day.

D) Verification: All instant win prize claims are subject to verification. Decisions of the judges are final. In the event of a printing, production or other error, neither Speedco, Inc. (“Sponsor”), nor any of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers involved in this promotion) (collectively, hereinafter “The Released Parties”) shall have any liability. No mechanical reproductions of Game Cards will be accepted. If, due to a printing, production or other error, more winning Game Cards are distributed, or more prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded per Rule #3E, the intended number of prizes will be awarded in a random drawing to be determined by Sponsor. In no event will Sponsor be obligated to award more than the stated number of prizes. Any Game Card that is illegible, mutilated, altered, duplicated, tampered with, forged, cut, torn, contains printing, typographical, mechanical or other errors, was not obtained legitimately or was distributed where prohibited by law is null and void. Game Cards may not be transferred or sold. Only Game Cards obtained at participating locations or by mail (per Rule #3B) shall be deemed to have been obtained legitimately.

4. General Rules: Subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations. For U.S. residents, all federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. Prizes are not transferable. No prize or cash substitution allowed, except at sole discretion of the Sponsor due to prize unavailability for any reason and then only for a prize of equal or comparable value. All materials submitted become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Grand Prize Random Drawing and Monthly Prize winners will be issued a Form 1099 (U.S. residents only), for income verification and tax purposes, for the retail value of the prize. Winners are advised to seek independent counsel regarding the tax implications of their respective prize winnings. Grand Prize Random Drawing Winners and Monthly prize winners will be required to submit an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability form within fourteen (14) days of notification. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification and an alternate may be selected. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate may be selected, if applicable. If a potential winner is Canadian he/she will be required to correctly answer, without the assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a mathematical skill-testing question before being declared a winner. By accepting prize, winners agree to release and hold Speedco, Inc., the Released Parties, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, agencies, and the employees, agents, directors or officers of any of the above organizations harmless from any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind incurred in connection with or resulting from acceptance, possession or use/misuse of prize, or participation in this promotion. By accepting prize, winner agrees that Speedco, Inc. may use the winners’ names, address, likenesses, and/or prize information, without limitation, for promotional purposes without further consideration or payment, except where prohibited by law. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion, and the acceptance/use of any prize. Entrants assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused by participation in this promotion or acceptance/use of any prize. Not responsible for outdated or incorrect Speedco Rewards data, entries not received by entry deadline, or for electronic, network or computer failures or malfunctions, or other technical errors of any kind. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the random draw portion of the sweepstakes if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the sweepstakes or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper administration of the program as determined by Sponsor/judging agency/administrator, in their sole discretion. If random draw sweepstakes is so cancelled, prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to the time of termination. For purposes of determining eligibility and awarding prize, entries made via the Speedco Rewards program will be declared made by the authorized account holder. Participant may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the participant is the authorized account holder of the Speedco Rewards card associated with the account. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like methods of participation will void all submissions by such methods. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. Entrants acknowledge and agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and the Promotional Participants, and the employees, agents and officers of each from any claims entrants may have relating to such participation. Sponsor and the Released Parties are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering, the announcement of any prize, or in the administration of the promotion.

5. Winners List: For a list of winners of prizes valued over $25, send a separate, self-addressed, stamped (#10) envelope to Speedco’s 5 Millionth Lube Customer Celebration Giveaway Winners List, PO Box 27175, Golden Valley, MN 55427, to be received by 10/07/10. Winners’ lists will be sent once all winners have been verified.
