Cashier

Job Title: Cashier (Entry Level - Level III)

 

Reports to:  General Manager and Managers

 

Primary Responsibilities:  The Cashier is responsible for cash register operations during his/her assigned shift.

Primary Job Functions:

 

Cashier Entry Level

 

Entry level cashier will participate in a 120 day training program to allow for certification to perform all job functions of a Cashier Level I.

 

Cashier Level I

 

•   Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
•   Performs all assigned duties and guides and assists others as necessary.
•   Maintains a safe and clean working environment.
•   Properly maintains the showroom
•   Welcomes customers and properly completes work orders.
•   Completes all POS entries using proper procedures
•   Maintains a thorough knowledge of all methods of payment (MOP).
•   Professionally presents service offerings to customers.
•   Completes all Fleet Procedures using appropriate references.
•   Complies with all safety procedures.

 

Cashier Level II

 

•   Continues to perform all Cashier Level I requirements in an exceptional manner.
•   Exceptional knowledge of product and service offerings.
•   Assists with completion of EOM (end of month) inventory.
•   Trains Level I Cashier.
•   Provides management personnel assistance with administrative duties.
•   Complies with all safety procedures.

 

Cashier Level III

 

•   Continues to perform all Cashier Level II requirements in an exceptional manner.
•   Exceptional knowledge of EOM (end of month) inventory process.
•   May perform key holder responsibilities.
•   Trains Level II Cashier.
•   Performs Technician Level II duties.
•   Complies with all safety procedures.
